Complete rebuild

The engine arrived seized, a valve stuck in its guide after years standing still. The owner wanted to use it for long journeys, so we chose a full top- and bottom-end restoration with electronic ignition fitted. Valve guides and seats replaced

Full head overhaul after identifying the worn parts to replace. Some seats could be kept where wear had not gone too deep. The heads were assembled with a new set of guides and new valves. Casting crack welded, guides and seats replaced

This head was new, yet carried a casting crack. We closed it by welding, then fitted the head with its valve guides and seats. Repair · Rare part saved
